The product does not match the description, poor quality.
There was always a problem with the batteries. The vendor wouldn't accept returns. Delivered to a repair shop where the battery was swapped. Therefore, it took two weeks before I got my laptop. Once Windows was up and running, I saw that the matrix was not IPS; I had not seen a worse one in a long time. I've included an image of the matrix taken from several different perspectives. From what I can see from other customers' experiences, I'm not the only one whose brand new battery didn't function.

- The vendor's website boasts an IPS-certified matrix. In reality, the laptop's TN is of poor quality. A laptop was my latest Amazon purchase.
