1. Instructions are difficult - virtually impossible - to read. The book will ask you to scan the barcode "Activate pairing”. THERE IS NO SUCH BARCODE IN THE BOOK. 2. I asked Revane to send me another "updated" book. It tells you that the "Basic User Manual" is on page 14. no This page has "Siren Settings". 3. You should hear a beep when he contacts you. Well, that would be great, except he's making indistinguishable beeps that they don't mention. 4. The worst? I received this on March 10th. Needed it next week. Guess what happened in a week? WE ARE ALL OBLIGATED TO STAY AT HOME! 5. Your computer "should" recognize it when you plug it in. Guess what 3 different computers were doing when I plugged it in? Nothing. 6. My return option expired on May 31, 2020. Guess what I did and still do - I'M AT HOME! Decided to try how it works. And here I sit.
