I bought the 118 inch hose and it lasted 11 months so almost a year, I have had 3 others which only lasted half a year or less sometimes. At first I gave it 4 stars because I liked the length of the hose it gives you flexibility to reach the end of the tub without issues and the fact that it lasted longer than others. I updated to 5 stars now because of great customer service.The hose has a year warranty so I will contact the seller because Revain wasn’t able to help me directly like other times but I’ll post any updates here later as necessary.Update:I contacted the seller and they responded right away unfortunately they no longer carry the 118 inch so they will send me a 79” hose which is not what I need but I’ll save it as a backup. Great customer service.
