I have enjoyed working with all my managers - they are very professional and friendly to work under! Very organized. It helps that we don't need much communication during our shifts because the schedulers do it so well already. There aren't many cons about this job as much as others out there (i'm sure other positions will be different). The only con is how far away from your home you must go if needed but even then its not too bad. This has been a great opportunity for me both professionally AND personally. We've gotten closer than most co-workers would get through just sitting down together at lunch or over coffee/tea breaks. Also getting experience outside of nursing which made the transition easier when i did try another career path.
