I have enjoyed working with all my managers - they are very professional and friendly to work under! Very organized. It helps that we don't need much communication during our shifts because the schedulers do it so well already. There aren't many cons about this job as much as others out there (i'm sure other positions will be different). I like that they are willing to work with you as long as it makes sense! They have been very helpful when trying to find opportunities within our organization. Their customer service has always been top notch. The only thing I disliked was their lack of transparency regarding pay rates. It's not easy finding an opportunity where everyone gets along well.
