
To be honest it should only have contained 75mg of L-Theanine instead of 200mg which is equivalent to 150mg of caffeine anhydrous. No more than 100 mg theanine. If you have the same or more L-Theanine than the amount of caffeine, in combination with each other, this will suppress the effects of caffeine. Study it and you will see. I can say that after taking two of these, it doesn't feel like 300mg of caffeine. I get a pretty good high from consuming that much. Maybe that was her intention; get rid of caffeine. Two capsules feels like 225 mg of caffeine. But really good concentration! You just don't need as much L-Theanine unless you want to limit the energizing effects of caffeine. L-Theanine is usually added with about half the total amount of caffeine to prevent you from falling when the caffeine wears off. Decent enough if you're like me and want to replace 2-2.5 cups of coffee (morning or afternoon). Drink a few, or if you're sensitive to caffeine, just take 1 and you'll likely get the equivalent or slightly more in a cup of strong coffee. Or you can break them down and mix, say, 1.5 or any combination with any mix of drinks. It's also easy to swallow!
