I just can't imagine why someone would write a bad review when (1) they weren't inserting the gel tab correctly (causing it to hang up) and (2) didn't have high enough water temp set so there is a problem with cleaning. I know the person came back and clarified what his problems were; the rating still shows a 1.I find these tabs amazing. The old quantum worked well, but the geltabs really get things clean. I haven't found any issues with scent either.If you are having problems with these tabs, look at your water temp, whether the tabs are releasing completely (easy to see at end of cycle) and last of all, you may need to review the age of your dishwasher and possibly replace it.
