UPDATE 11/4/20: For the last week or so I keep getting frame notifications: Frame has stopped working, please wait or continue. So I don't know what to try. Overall, this is a good framework, but it is VERY flawed. The biggest complaint for me is when you add pictures, the frame is assigned the date the given picture was added, not the actual date of the picture. So, for example, if you add pictures from 10 years ago after you've already added some pictures from 10 years ago, and you've set a view-by-date frame, your pictures won't be displayed in chronological order. My cheaper frame, which I replaced with this one, managed to arrange them in chronological order. *** UPDATE ***** Support has solved my issue. So if you have a similar problem just contact him and he will fix it. I changed my rating to 5 stars, love this frame! First Rating: Overall this is a GREAT frame, soon I'll be down to 4 stars instead of 5. The size is amazing, so is the clarity. Very easy to set up, it's a touchscreen that's very easy to manipulate, and each image can be set to 'Frame Fit' or 'Frame Fill'. I went through all my 817 images in a relatively short amount of time and adjusted the ones I wanted. My only problem, and a small one hence the 4 stars, the sleep timer is NOT working properly. See related images, the time zone is set correctly, the time of day is correct, the sleep timer is set so that the frame goes to sleep at 10:00 p.m. and wakes up at 7:00 a.m. He falls asleep normally but doesn't wake up for 3 days in a row. Standard Customer Service Response: Check your time zone, check your sleep timer settings to make sure you have the right time. I have already done all this and told them about it in an email request. However, this was her answer. They said the same thing to someone else in the product questions posted on Revain, so this is obviously a known issue. Otherwise they said to "reset" the frame. No thanks, I just reinstalled everything 3 days ago, what would a reset do? The sleep timer isn't a huge issue for me, I can just hit the power button if I want to turn it back on in the morning, but that's not the point! If you really need a sleep timer, skip it.
