Review on Tillpoint by Michael Hall

I like that I can customize my own layout to fit any size restaurant or store with ease! You have so many options in customization of your till system you cannot go wrong here. The customer support has some issues but they are trying hard at making changes as fast as possible. They do an excellent job when it comes to training their agents who will be helping customers during setup/installation days! We started using this platform about half way through our first year of ownership. It was not easy getting used to all the different features available from them since we had never worked together before (as far as running a food truck). However once we got everything set up properly and trained employees it became second nature to use quickly and efficiently.
