Only four stars because I haven't used all three different types. I get how they work, but without brewing a pack (100 filters) there's still no jury. I can write that after washing these filters work as advertised. A clean cup is achieved with good results for both "Balance and Flavor" with T-90 filters and "Body and Sweetness" with T-83 filters. A balance between acidity and sweetness is achieved. Just taste the notes associated with specific grains roasted to a specific standard. These filters have been tailored to give predictable results using the V60 method and I agree that they are worth the price. Buy a pack of your favorite roast beans or all three and discover new things in all three roast categories, whether light, medium or dark. Then try brewing your favorite coffee and see if there really is a better cup for you. For your health!
