This is the third purchase. I've never had any problems with them other than losing the caps. The company sent me some caps and recommended clipping the cap on the back during use. Very well made and the write protect switch is great! I originally got this because I was tired of viruses being transferred to my flash drive when I was using computers at work and then infecting my home computer with them. With the write-protect switch enabled, you can use the flash drive anywhere and not have to worry about virus transmission. The company's service is also excellent. They were very personable and always responded quickly.
