I live in Florida so the days and nights are pretty warm and on top of that I have a Trans Am hot rod that I need to keep cool. I bought this to install on an electric fan that I fitted to my new radiator. In the photo you can see the thermostat on my inlet (red top with wire hook). This starts my fan at 185° and turns it off at 175°. I drove it yesterday when it was 92° outside and my car didn't go over 192°. I also installed a new water pump, hoses, radiator, radiator cap and new fluids. This isn't a problem if you're installing an electric fan, you need it so you don't burn your car down. It has everything you need.
