It's very useful for tracking all inbound leads & follow up activities from various sources (Email, Website).

This tool helps us keep track of our prospects activity online so that we can know which are most likely interested/active buyers or potential future clients / contacts etc - hence increase conversion ratio! I personally would like it more if there was an option where i could see list view as well but other than this its good enough product overall! Very helpful platform when you need help with prospecting strategy development plan implementation process management monitoring progress reporting dashboard integration into CRM solution.
