The price tag may be steep, but reviews agree that BSN is among the top gainers and producers out there. I bought it here at a bargain just to try it out. Disgusting flavor. So I ate some vanilla ice cream. To be more exact, it lacks taste and has a nasty aftertaste. It dissolved easily in water, so I diluted it. However, there is absolutely no flavor. It's as though I'm not doing anything more complicated than sipping water. The stomach is not full, and the water has not even thickened. Though I did dissolve 150g in 600 ml, it didn't work. If you drink Myprotein or Mutant, for example, people will know right away that you're taking a gainer. Here we have access to water.
