. Eventually the batteries stopped charging and I didn't want to pay $60 for a single battery. Just when I thought I'd have to throw away my favorite saw I stumbled across this post about 2 $30 batteries and thought if they don't work I've only lost $30. So I ordered them and to my relief and delight; They work! my Ryobi saw is back in action and I'm thrilled. I plugged it into the charger, charged it and tested both. Ideal! So if you have a tool that uses this type of battery, don't hesitate, get it, I'm very happy.
