EDIT: Having owned this case for >1 year now, unfortunately I have to change my review reduce from 5.5. until 3.5. This is by no means for durability or protection. It's still great in that regard and has kept my phone from getting damaged so my review below still stands. However, people I've spoken to over the past 4-5 months have kept telling me that their voices reverberated when I switched to speakerphone (great of me and they heard me just fine). At first I thought it was just their phone or an audio issue, but after several people from different phones in different locations mentioned it, it became pretty obvious that it was probably something on my end and not theirs. So I removed my case and used it for a couple of weeks and immediately I stopped getting these complaints. Then I sent it back and voila, the problem came back. Retired and gone. So I could only refer to the case itself as I haven't changed anything else including downloading phone updates, changing ROMs etc. My theory is that since the case creates some volume, between the speaker output and the outside world, a tunnel/ Cave that can cause an echo of the person you are talking to and then the sound waves are reflected back to the speaker input creating an echo of their own voice who are the people I was talking to. I find it a pity that the case protected so well, but now I'm looking for something else and I'm dropping the case at the moment. I bought this case straight after bringing my phone and that's why I use it with my phone. Oneplus 7 Pro has been around for about 5 months now. He held up PERFECTLY. I've dropped my phone multiple times on various surfaces (e.g. carpet, hardwood, pavement and tile) with different impact points (corners, front glass, back wall) and my phone has received NO damage and surprisingly very small scratches on the case itself (mostly at the edges, none on the screen). Having 360 degree protection is great! Given that it's a full coverage case, it's not very bulky (even for a case as a whole) which helps keep the phone slim (however when the case is removed the difference is noticeable). , but it's a compromise for protection). For the most part, dirt and dust doesn't accumulate under the case, so I've only had to clean under the case 2-3 times in the last 5 months, which is very convenient. Cutouts for all buttons and pop-up camera are present! The only "problem" I had was that if you enable a setting that causes the navbar to auto-hide after a few seconds, or if the navbar disappears on some full-screen screens, it can be difficult to hide it due to a Business. I'm not sure if it's just my thumbs, but I'm pretty sure it is. I'm used to it and I think you are too, but just for the record. Regardless, I definitely recommend it!
