Essentially bureaucracy, not reflectivity.

Up close they look reflective, but from a distance in the dark when a super bright flash shines on them, um, not so reflective. The test was done by having the person holding the tape flicker the tape in their hand to make sure it wasn't at a bad angle. No, let's go back to where we came from. Bought for boat safety reasons. I'm in a kayak and I MUST be seen in every way possible. Now Starry Solas (or similar) are the real deal. Got it on the original Solas band and I have to say it's brighter! But don't go for red.

HIGH INTENSITY REFLECTIVE TAPE DISCOUNT PRICE. We use better material than most reflective tapes on the market. Don't be fooled by a seller who tells you their band is DOT-C2 approved. Our dream is to reduce the number of traffic accidents and save more people on this planet
