Not stimulating but contains lots of high pumping ingredients
I bought this product because I don't like caffeine. Because of this, you don't "feel" this product working, and the beta-alanine dosage isn't high enough to really feel the jitters associated with some pre-workouts. But the taste is great, helps me get my workout started even if I haven't eaten that many calories during the day. And the ingredients are much higher than other pre-workouts I'm looking for. Overall really solid.
