I decided to try the Irix lens range so I bought the 150mm and 15mm lenses. 150mm is very good to use. Sturdy construction, heavy lens, best used on a tripod, but it also works without it. The image is sharp, not as strong at f2.8 but perfectly sharp at f4. Manual focusing isn't easy in general, but the long focus travel really helps, and there's an extra dampener that's really innovative. No chromatic aberrations. Without distortion. Pure 1:1 macro photography. Good for portraits too if you have the patience.
