Review on 🎬 Enhance Your Home Entertainment with the Panasonic DMP-BD89 Wi-Fi Blu-ray Player by Dave Brummet

Affordable and high quality, user-friendly navigation remote and internet updates

Technology has certainly improved with the Panasonic DMP-BD89 and it won't break the wallet or cost a lot to have a great one to have upgrade. A player with EZ tuning and conveniently placed buttons on the remote control, navigation and selection of Internet programs are excellent. Setting the correct aspect ratio (the image on the screen must match the screen size) requires some testing. Before proceeding further with the Panasonic BD89, you must first correctly set up the setup with your existing television and its aspect ratio (16:9) or 4:3 pan and scan, letterbox. A menu has a firmware update after you scroll down, but the firmware is updated to the latest functionality and all fixes from Panasonic. Let's face it, there are several companies that make a Blu-Ray and Smart TV combo. Sony is good, Panasonic is no worse. There are many paid subscription programs out there, as well as YouTube and the like. Quick setup and quick start are good. The playback quality is excellent. Panasonic continues to release new models with even more choices, online apps and smart TV-like programming, but at a price. The DMP-BP89 is quite affordable and offers a fair amount of built-in software/apps for those who don't want/need a bigger selection. This player is the winner. It is well built, well thought out remote control and EZ navigation, internet setting. I can highly recommend the whole package.
