Nifty little blood pressure cuff and heart rate monitor
Actually very easy to use. I got this for my dad who’s been having some high blood pressure related problems recently. He doesn’t speak native English and his eye sight has been deteriorating. But with this the numbers are pretty big, and it’s super simple to use. Not only that there are picture instructions printed right on the cuff so even he can understand how to use it properly. Just a little tip, the monitor should be facing up where the palm is also facing (opposite of how you would wear a watch)
