I mainly use them for sous vide cooking and they are not suitable for that. I noticed that my food was absorbing a lot of water and it only chalked it up to the meat's juices. Until I tried to seal the magnet bag myself and left it stuck to the bottom of the water boat overnight. The next morning the bag was full of water. I even tried triple sealing each end of the bag with the same result. I'm not sure if it's the water temperature breaking the seals on these bags or something, but I can't use them for sous vide anymore.
