The liter bag order I received in May 2018 is completely different - the bags are MUCH thinner and the texture inside the bag is different. Okay I was about to give a bad review but decided to call foodvacbags first and discuss my issue. It was a very good decision. I spoke to a person who was patient and worked (trained) me with vacuum sealers and sealers. I had problems sealing bags because of the creases that kept repeating themselves when sealed. It turns out I didn't put the packages in the sealing machine correctly. I have a Weston Pro 2300 and have found that I have to hit print to finish almost every time. I've learned that
