This case is great. Not only has it survived multiple 5 1/2 foot drops on concrete and wood, it also still charged up my phone to full battery from nothing, with some to spare. I say that in past-tense because, for whatever reason, my phone was giving me an error saying "This accessory may not be supported" and rejecting any charging through the case. I had it registered for their lifetime warranty, and they replaced it, at only the cost of shipping. The new one works perfectly once again.A couple quick critiques:There are little nubs over the power and volume buttons, and they broke off for me almost instantly (with regular use). But, that's totally fine because the notches in the case that give access to the buttons are shallow enough that you can easily push the buttons. Also bits of the frame around the power and volume buttons broke off, partially because I dropped it a few times, partially because there's really no way to design them without making them very fragile. Again, this isn't much of an issue because the joint across the back of the case where the top and bottom lock into place is very supportive of everything, so not having those little bits that broke off wasn't catastrophic. I guess the last thing I'll mention is that the Qi charging is iffy. The case gets super hot if you miss the exact place it should be on the pad, so I just stopped using it with the Qi charger. I'm not that upset honestly. But if you're looking to use Qi, you already know the technology is iffy in the first place, causes overheating, and generally hates any big cases. Though it could just be that my charging pad sucks. So yeah, take it for what it is I guess. Overall, I'm super pleased both with the case and the company.
