All the chargers of this style must be made by same Chinese company. they last a few months and then die. they won't charge the phone and won't work on the charger stand. A waste of money. This case is great. Not only has it survived multiple 5 1/2 foot drops on concrete and wood, it also still charged up my phone to full battery from nothing, with some to spare. I say that in past-tense because, for whatever reason, my phone was giving me an error saying "This accessory may not be supported" and rejecting any charging through the case.
