Review on UL Listed NICREW Preset Aquarium Heater with Submersible Electronic Thermostat for Fish Tanks by Patricia Davis

I did a lot of research before purchasing this heater for my 75 gallon cichlid tank. When I opened the box it looked great - nice design, seems to be of good build quality, all in a plus. I installed it in my aquarium, plugged it in, the red light came on - all signs are ok. Unfortunately the heater died within a day. I haven't finished assembling my aquarium in the return window, so I now have a very expensive modern aquarium decoration. I give it 1 star because an aquarium heater MUST be reliable - a bad heater can kill your entire aquarium and cost you hundreds of dollars in dead fish. Reliability is essential and this company couldn't provide it. Suggest avoiding this brand and finding a company that will inspect and guarantee the quality of every unit shipped.
