The product is made of stamped sheet metal. .
The product consists of perforated sheet metal. The tabs holding the inner rotating collar are not bent at right angles so it does not rotate freely and the collar is too thin. When I tilt the lamp, the hinges are too tight and the collar flexes and no longer aligns or rotates
