I'm embarrassed to say how long I've needed new pans. When my now husband and I moved in together 13 years ago, we put our crappy pots and pans in one closet and have been using it ever since. They did their job so I decided there was no point in replacing them. A friend of mine recently bought these so I decided to treat myself to a new set of pots and pans. I can't believe I've waited so long! I had no idea how useful a good piece of cookware could be - not only in cleaning and organizing a bottomless hole of random pots, but most importantly in the cooking itself. Handles that stay completely cold. You won't burn your hand if you accidentally pick up a pen without a glove, and you don't have to use a measuring cup to add the right amount of water.
