I bought this phone for the price and to connect to Hidalgo County, Texas subway computers . The box arrived well, it wasn't sealed when I opened the box, the phone was in a plastic bag, the instructions were in Spanish, nothing in English, and the setup was also in Spanish. After setup, I go to the Metro pcs website to try and switch my old phone to the ZTE Blade A5. It asks me to enter the phone's IMEI number for the ZTE Blade A5 but it keeps saying the IMEI is invalid. I try so many times until I call the customer. They tried to charge me $30 to switch to a new phone but then the women from subway customer service said the zte blade a5 is not a compatible subway computer phone? She told me CDMA doesn't work with Metro but I told her this phone is GSM. ZTE Blade A5 is GSM as stated in the description, I read it before buying. I made it work and researched the frequency bands that work well with the MetroPCS phone, it should work fine but it doesn't. strange that it was not compatible and the IMEI number was invalid so I return it and continue reading the description of the Revain zte Blade A5 saying that it works with the metro. Also I'm looking for the subway frequency which will tell you which ones you need for the phone to work properly. I had high hopes for this phone but oh well
