I was expecting a same brand filter for $16 and with the exact model of my vacuum cleaner printed on the box it would just about fit . Apparently the new method of attaching this filter is supposed to be a swivel nut, but the filter is too long to work on the threaded rod in my vacuum. After playing with it for a few minutes, removing the filter each time, I gave up. I got out my Dremel tool and used a cutting wheel to cut off the bulge in the center of the filter to expose enough threads and used the original threaded nut to tighten the stem and hold the filter.
