The best part about PrePost is that it helps us to understand our clients needs better and also gives an opportunity for them to share their ideas with us which help in making sure they are happy with what we deliver as per their expectations.

Nothing much to dislike so far as such, but I would like to see some more options available for customization. We use PrePost primarily for website designing services. It has helped me gain insights into my client's business problems and provide solutions accordingly.
