'289 is a true RMS voltmeter, meaning it doesn't attempt to report a peak reading as a quality voltage. Another thing is an infrared data box that the user can connect to a PC (with the right FVF Forms software, of course). Although I have several Fluke test tools, I have this one at home, nice and practical. Be careful with the size you choose, because the fuse costs thirty-one dollars!
