This unit worked fine and had no issues. The USB cables had old-fashioned ends and didn't match the GPS. Micro ends are required on one end and USB on the other end. I contacted the seller and explained that I need to return 2 cables but not the GPS. He wanted pictures and I wanted him to send a return label to exchange 2 cables. Never heard from him again. Therefore, the seller rating is 1 star. GPS - 5 stars. You must purchase a traffic information power cord to receive traffic information. I have one but it costs about $60. I had to go straight to Revain and send it back but I liked the way the GPS worked. I can heartily recommend the product. DMDUPDATE 9/17 The return started because the wrong cable was shipped and the seller didn't replace the cable. Called Garmin to fix an issue with the correct cable. Return canceled and the seller is now even without rating.DMD
