The USB-C port failed a week after receiving the monitor. I sent it to Samsung for repair twice but they never fixed it. On the phone, the repressive individuals seemed unaware that the monitor could receive video through the USB-C port. The third time I created a ticket with Samsung, they couldn't email me a UPS label. After that, they ignored my emails. Now I have a monitor that is not fully functional. I had to buy a USB-C adapter to connect my MacBook Pro to this monitor's HDMI port. Samsung customer support seems to be deliberately trying to be helpful. However, the technical team seems to lack experience and they don't seem to have an established quality control process.
