Review on SHRISAS by Manuel Gfx

I like that we can integrate with our other systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk. It's easy to use from either end of the phone line (PBX/SBC). The customer support has been great! They have helped me through some issues that were outside their control but they've done everything possible to help us resolve them. We are using it mainly for sales calls, so far there isn't anything about this product that would make me dislike it. If you're looking for something cheap and easy then go ahead, otherwise do your homework first. This software was not designed for large call centers - if you want more features, you'll need to pay extra. We needed an all-inclusive solution that allowed us to track leads, manage accounts, and communicate effectively with customers without having to hire additional staff.
