Very comfortable. stretch cotton They stay in place while you sleep. No crotch binding. I'm 6'0" tall, 34" waist and 34" inseam. I bought medium. Out of the box they were a little long, but after washing in warm water and drying they were perfect. I just got another one Bought pair!
