I like that everything has been designed in such way, so you don't need much configuration - all needed services are already there (eg monitoring). Also it's easy for non-technical persons use themselfs with some training or assistance from IT team which can be very helpful if your customer base includes not tech savy customers as well. There aren’t many issues at this time but we do have occasional random downtime due of server failure etc., however these things happen everywhere regardless what vendor/service provider used by organization / client itself! So no big deal here either since its just part & parcel when using any web hosting service out there!! For sure give trial first before purchasing anything else other than free plan offered initially while signing up. It helps me save quite bit compared against traditional hardware infrastructure setup cost!
