I got 21s even though lactation consultant told me to use 24 flanges from medela. These are way more comfortable for nipple size as well as having the silicone rim. The neck is longer than flanges that came with my pump which I like. I’ve noticed I am able to empty my breast way more effectively with these vs the ones that came with the pump.
