So far so good and good price

I haven't used these markers much but I've tested them on the card provided and a couple of markers on regular cardboard. I would recommend swatching the markers on a different paper than the swatch card as they were much darker on it than on my card stock. The markers claim that the fine tip and brush tip are different colors, but with the exception of a few markers, most of them were very close to the same color (maybe a little lighter or darker). The color of the caps didn't match that well, but that doesn't really bother me since I always fold my markers anyway. The brush tips were good (on the harder side) and they sent some replacement tips which is nice because when the brush tips wear out it's really hard to use. I'll have to see how they hold up in use over time. The barrels of the markers are made of lightweight plastic, but that's what I expected from a cheap marker. They don't have the same quality as my tombows, but I get a wider range of colors and the price can't be beat. I usually use these water based markers for my French Disney books as they are double sided. They don't bleed through, but they definitely shade more than my other markers when using my usual two-layer coloring style, so I have to be careful. Overall, I'm happy to use them more.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
