The rear end was very difficult to remove and I struggled not to damage the frame. The 2 holes that the collar goes through the insert are too small for medium sized collar clasps. I would have to force them to go through and stretch the holes to make it work. This may work for small breed dogs with a smarter collar, but definitely not for medium or large breed dogs with a stronger collar. I'm disappointed and sad again. Also, the image is an odd size. You need to get the image right to center it for effective viewing. The framework is a great concept, but it needs some tweaking to make it work.
