Works for some dogs, not for others.
I give it three stars as it works very well with our Boxer but not at all with the Basset Hound. A Basset Hound can have it at a high (127) and constant level and they don't seem to notice it at all. Sometimes he notices the side, but not when it really matters. If you have a dog that doesn't have a lot of loose skin around their necks I would highly recommend it, but if your dog has loose skin I wouldn't recommend it at all.
