Innovative design, quiet and additional cooling packs. That's the good part. But I used it one night, put two ice packs in and there was a full water tank. On a full charge it lasted maybe 4 hours and didn't lower the temperature in the room by one degree (which is confirmed by the thermostat in the room). Unless you put this item on your bedside table or table and blow directly on you, you won't feel the difference. Very disappointed with this product. Also, the charging cord is too short to leave plugged into an outlet and can be placed more than 3 feet from an outlet. That's it.
