Hello, in addition to what I wrote in my why I am sending this back, please add that all the documents are not in English. There was nothing in English. I think one of them is Spanish but I don't know the others. The outer box had a hole in the side and was partially split where it had been kicked or something. The box that was just coated was glued, re-glued and labeled to look like a recycled equipment box. The CD player had no protection inside (usually you remove something above the CD drive inside the case and it didn't). When you play something it has an annoying "click". Players worth 64.99 do not. There was no explicit quality control on this player, nor on the packaging/performance. Phillips really demeaned. I will find something strong and give it back to you. I thank you for your help.
