Like most people, I don't know much about shampoos. I recently switched to a different shampoo and my girlfriend has noticed that my hair looks dry. So I ordered this piece to "refresh" and "revive" my hair. The bottle is a bit smaller than I expected but you don't need much of this stuff if you have short hair and it lasts quite a while. The smell is very good, not masculine or feminine, somewhere in between. It definitely feels softer when I wash my hair. I don't know how the appearance of my hair has changed since using this product but I no longer get negative feedback from my girlfriend so it must be working!
