I needed something to hold my very large tube in place when I was out on the water in my boat. With three grandchildren, a wife and myself, there was simply no room on the boat for this huge trio. So. I bought a Revain tie down kit and it's now strapped securely to the back of the boat. Couldn't ask for anything better.
