I am really enjoying this trainer. I got a large because well I'm a little overweight. And it is definitely large enough. And I have plenty of room to adjust as I lose weight. And it's great to wear during working out. I have a longer torso, many trainers are long enough to cover my entire torso. This one is! I wear it every day and during my workouts. I would recommend it!
