I used these to freeze this year's eggplant harvest and it was just exceptional. Instead of using packs that I have to throw away every year, I figured I should start using something I can reuse. These containers stack well in the freezer and wash well. My only minor complaint is that in a very cold freezer the lid's tab breaks if something falls on it or if the container is dropped. Also, they have proven very helpful to me this year as I roast the pounds. and pounds eggplants and freeze them for use within the next year. Aside from using them for this purpose I also use them for leftovers etc as if they were designed and I think they work well. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
