They are very fragile compared to my other Rubbermaid accessories

I've had them less than two weeks and two caps broke. I've bought them in the past but not from Revain. The material is not the same as before. They are very fragile. I highly recommend looking at the Glad or Ziploc brands. I bought many different sizes of Rubbermaid to match all my storage options and lids.

Pros
  • . Absolutely amazing!

  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Upper is opaque, not as shown

This is a great product. great size, closes well. but this is not the old see-through top shown in the photo. It is an opaque top. I checked the Rubbermaid website and they seem to be making them now. rubber maid, what are you thinking about? We need to identify the foods we have frozen! but I kept this item because there is no better container of this size from a major brand, the only company I trust that has safe plastic.

Easy to stack in fridge or cupboard

I like them better than the "big" ones that hold about the same because I can easily stack 4 or 5 on a shelf in the fridge. I would be happy if I put 2 others. Unfortunately some of these containers have cracked so they cannot be used for liquids. As long as the tear doesn't turn into an actual hole in the plastic, they're still good for crackers or cookies. They're not perfect, but I want to order more.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Minor issues

Not only as a disposable container to take away

I brought these with me at first instead of my "Real Rubbermaid" containers. Now I use them for everything! It's amazing how much they hold and talk about saving fridge space they pile up so much my fridge looks like the fridges you see in tv ads! Plus, they're dishwasher safe, and if you've left food in there too long and fuzzy things are growing in them, they're affordable enough that you can just throw them away without feeling guilt!

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Not bad

Crap that's too thin now costs 1 cent!

I had it a long time ago and I just love it! My husband took them for some reason so I had to order more, I was so glad I got them today. Now they are useless, the plastic is so flimsy I can almost imagine it melting in the microwave or cracking in the freezer! I'm so sad, I really loved her and now I hate her! Why make plastic thinner than water bottles? I would happily pay more for a great product but right now it just sucks!

Not a great product.

The crockery is not bad, but not for long-term use. I make food for my dog and freeze it in these containers and then thaw it in the fridge to use. Unfortunately, I have found containers to break. They are not roughly treated and are hand washed (I don't have a dishwasher). I'm not sure what else can be done to keep these containers alive longer. I actually returned them to the seller (no problem with the seller) unopened and unused (I couldn't cancel the order) because I found them on sale and

Perfect size for leftovers

The whole family loves them. They aren't the longest lasting so they start to go bad after weekly use and regular microwaving, but they last over a year and for the price I think they're good quality and they're the perfect size to put leftovers to work with bring. I bought these for my dad for Christmas and my husband stole one of the packages before I even got them, they both love them. I also like that they fold well and don't take up much space, and the lids are easy to put on but are snug…

Rubbermaid TakeAlongs

I used these to freeze this year's eggplant harvest and it was just exceptional. Instead of using packs that I have to throw away every year, I figured I should start using something I can reuse. These containers stack well in the freezer and wash well. My only minor complaint is that in a very cold freezer the lid's tab breaks if something falls on it or if the container is dropped. Also, they have proven very helpful to me this year as I roast the pounds. and pounds eggplants and freeze them…
