I wore this dress to a 1920's theme party, it looked good and it fit. The only thing I didn't think about was the fact that it had a lining and then all the fringes, so each time I went to the bathroom (or even when I tried it on and then put it on to get a friend's opinion) there were layers to pull down and after a while that affected the fringes. I can probably wear it one more time, but I saw A LOT of fringes on the floor during the night and when I took it off at home. My best advice is expect to wear it once or twice. It's not expensive so one might be purchasing it as part of the cost of an event.
