The ability to create custom tags without having to write code is one of my favorite features. I can easily create an array of tags that I want to use in different environments. I also like how easy it is to manage those tags through their dashboard. It's not easy to see who has used a tag or which tags have been applied to a page. This makes it hard to determine what pages need to be updated. For example, we have some pages that are used by many people and don't get much traffic but they do require tracking information. We'd like to make sure that this type of data gets collected. That way, we know which pages need to be updated so that our analytics reflect what we want them to.
